It begins with a comprehensive nurse consultation, during which the medical history is collected, the skin condition is assessed, and the necessary clinical photographs are taken. The collected information is then reviewed remotely by Dr Katri Helena Hackländer, who establishes the diagnosis, prescribes treatment and medications if necessary, and prepares an individual treatment plan with further recommendations.
